Guest guest
Okay, just so I am clear on this: Ca/Mg - 300 mg in am, 300 mg in pm - With food vit C - 4000 mg over day - with or without food? vit E - 400 mg - with or without food? fish oil - 2-3capsules of 1000 mg/day - with or without food? vit B - 50 mg 2X day, with food digestive enzymes - 10 billion +/- depending, with meals throughout day Chlorophyll - I have no idea what to do with this! Sea salt/lemon juice in water - up to 1 1/4 tsp salt/day - what if I put alot of sea salt in my food? Should I measure out 1 1/4 tsp in the morning and make sure it's gone by the end of the day? I don't want to overdo the salt I've gotten over the whole gag reflex thing since I feel like all I do is eat vitamins! I am getting my first period since being on this diet and I don't want to kill my husband this time. Amazing! And I'm not as bloated and feeling crappy. And the electrolyte drink is incredible for curing the craving of sugar! Q - what can we add to this drink? I went to see my chiropractor yesterday and she's concerned about the carbs - she thinks I'm losing weight too quickly and thinks I should start adding just a bit of rice. I already had my mind made up and told her that I was sticking to Bee's diet, because she's the expert! I can't believe how much energy I have. I actually wake up before my alarm and am not miserable to be alive anymore. This diet is changing everything in my life and I think I can cope with all my stress! I'm so glad to have found you, Bee! Guest guest
Hi Kim! You should always take Vitamin C with food as it can be harsh on your stomach. Also take your Vitamin B complex with two of your Vitamin C doses. And always take your niacin with the B complex. Not sure about the other Vitamins...I just take them all at mealtimes. As for the Chlorophyll...I take a powdered C mixed with water and find if I add the Chlorofresh (brand I use) to it, the C doesn't taste so bad. It's not like other salt - see the articles in the files to understand more about it, and how it does not contribute to high blood pressure, etc., in fact it helps regulate blood pressure. > > I've gotten over the whole gag reflex thing since I feel like all I do is eat vitamins! ==>That's very well done! > > I am getting my first period since being on this diet and I don't want to kill my husband this time. Amazing! And I'm not as bloated and feeling crappy. And the electrolyte drink is incredible for curing the craving of sugar! Q - what can we add to this drink? ==>Sodium ascorbate goes well in this drink so you can easily get your daily requirement of vitamin C - you could also add the chlorophyll to it, but it will be green.
