I was thinking of adding > quinoa, but I know it's a grain. my 2 cents: if you are wanting to prevent weight loss or trying to gain a few pounds, add more olive oil into your diet, and if you tolerate avocadoes, eat an avocado every day. they'll help. i'd stay off the quinoa, its not the kind of carb you want. what about trying some of the medium carb veggies and see how they work for you - you could eat less as opposed to the lowest carb ones.
