here are a few ideas i had:

- experiment with the vegetable chips recipes in the files - i think

they are in the snacks folder.

- also garlic chips - slliced garlic fried in oil or ghee till crispy.

- salads with a good dose of oily dressing for the satisfying full

feeling, lots of crunch if you use romaine hearts

- crunchy veggies- celery, peppers, cabbage, radishes, green beans

(raw or cooked like a crunchy stirfry or lightly steamed)...

- crunchy veggies dipped in homemade mustard or mayonnaise

- a slice of bacon or good quality pork rinds

try to eat the lightest foods possible in the evening to allow your

digestion to rest during sleep.
