Guest guest
Hi Bee & All, i tried my best to find the pure of CLO,but the result is nothing here.So i decided to take CLO that contain edible gums & flavor rather than the softgel form, since the gums & flavor arent feeding candida. How do u think? About the sugar coated digestive enzym tablets,i decided to rub it in the water until the sugar coated is clean, and then i take it. Is it ok? Since i cant do dry skin brushing,ok i will do jump rope & body massage. Actually i still have a little improovement in my skin, i know it takes time, since i had this ill for 10 years. I also still consume prednisone now. I know i must gradually off the prednisone, but i dont know when the right time to do it? any suggestion. Can you buy fish livers there in Indonesia? That might be a better choice if they are available. Let me know and I will advise how much to have. Can you get good fish there? You might be better off eating fish more often. How much sun do you get there all year round? Going out in the sun might provide you with enough Vitamins A & D without have to take CLO. In that case you just need to find a source for Omega 3. > About the sugar coated digestive enzym tablets,i decided to rub it in the water until the sugar coated is clean, and then i take it. Omega 3 and oil soluble vitamins A, D & E) are particularly important for eczema. Can you get just plain fish oil, rather than cod liver oil, i.e. salmon oil? If not you might have to resort to using flax oil, if available. Let me know and we will figure it out. Bee
