I'm very pleased with your response to me. It gives me hope. When I have time, I

will answer to your first post to me from this morning, later. I just want to

say right now that I understand about healing symptoms, die off and flareups.

I've been pouring myself into your files and know some of it from before. I've

got printouts of your info and am so thankful, its like a favorite book to me.

But, I must say that what I'm experiencing when I itch and burn in the middle of

the night, with terrible anguish and feeling that I'm about to go insane over

this, IT IS A FLAREUP. It is something that I've eaten that does not agree with

me, that is causing it. Just as when I used to eat chocolate and drink black

tea-- I would be miserable all night. They are high in oxalates as was the

spinach that I steamed. When I discovered this, I then decided to do my self

testing (in the middle of the night, in pain). I held the left over spinach in

front of me and asked " Is this good for me or not " I

immediately went back, which is a negative sign for me. I'm sure of it and will

not eat those high oxalate foods again till I'm better. We'll see, this is quite

the experiment. I know that your diet is also healing for me and I feel so much

better, with so much energy. And everyone is complimenting me on my beautiful

complexion. So I'm here to stay!!! Val

Another thing to remember is that " good " healthy foods do

create " healing symptoms " , so it is wise not to attribute your

problems to good foods.
