Guest guest
Hi bee, In your article " overcoming candidas successfully " you menioned that some people may need to eat a very samll amount of grain to help with weight loss. My question is..can i have a very samll amount 1/4 of brown rice pasta for this reason? Prior to the diet i ate it and didnt seem to have a problem with it. What is your opinion? I have always tended to get a weak stomach when i dont fill my stomach with something and i cant seen to get a full feeling. Is there any connection in you opinion. thanks sue

Any foods eaten should be the closest to the real thing as possible. > I am having the endoscope done on thrusday:( not too happy about it but my dad has ulcers and h pyloria also so he feels it should be done to rule out whatever... ==>I feel for you Sue, however h pylori and ulcers do not occur in the intestines, they occur in the stomach. I've had ulcers and h pylori in the past too. They happen when the stomach doesn't have enough acid to kill h pylori and when the person does not get the nutrients required to maintain a healthy stomach, which is our Standard Diet that does not contain enough protein from meats and eggs, and " good " fats which maintain the strength and integrity of the digestive system, and they also heal and increase stomach acid. This diet plus supplements heals the entire digestive system. Bee

To eat more, or am, seem to have blood sugar rebound issue. That caused such low blood sugar and huge hunger....all day. Then weight gain, trying to out eat low sugar. ==>It is best not to have any cooked rice and other high carb foods, as noted in my article. The only reason one of our members is eating 1/4 c. of brown rice per day is because of very low weight, but even then she must be alert to symptoms indicating it is feeding the candida. ==>Did you know that 58% of proteins and 10% of " good " saturated fats (including butter, coconut oil, lard, etc.) is turned into glucose in the body which keeps blood sugars level, and the form of sugar is much better for the body and easier to digest than any carbs (foods that aren't classed as protein and fats).
