Actually it was the b vitamins that caused the funny colored urine.

They're in capsules and the stuff inside is kind of yellow. Is this

normal for B vitamins? And if I start seeing the color in my urine

within an hour of taking them, am I getting any benefit from them?

==> I've never heard of that happening. The only thing I can think of

is that you are not digesting it very well; increase your fats to help

digestion, and the other recommendations which are added as a new

section to my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " , or see

the Digestion Folder. Eat 1 tbl of unheated sauerkraut or kimchi with

every meal, and digestive enzymes.

==>You should probably divided the table in half and don't increase it

until your flushing minimizes.

I re-posted this but just in case you didn't see it...it's the B

vitamin that are causing the funny-colored urine, not the chlorophyll.

Is that normal?

Yes! One of the B vitamins (I think it's B2 but not sure right this second)

causes your urine to be a bright neon yellow. That's normal.

I'm pretty certain B6 causes bright urine. My sons were on only B6 and zinc

at one time, and their urine was bright yellow.

Yes, Val, B Vitamins, particularly B2 cause the urine to turn more

yellow. It is perfectly normal.
