> I'm looking for the best enzyme for protein and fat. I still get

a lot of bloating after I eat, even after just a raw egg drink

without any fat in it, or after something else small. Carbs

probably aren't as much of an issue, but if the egg drink can do it

with no oil or butter, I'd say that's a protein problem. I am

having a higher protein ratio than I used to. BTW, I'm having

kimchi and electrolyte drink with every meal but it's not enough.

I'm also having some digestive enzymes but I don't think they're

good enough. I can't do HCL because I have high stomach acid

according to the baking soda and > lemon tests. Thanks,

==>Get an enzyme with protease in it which helps digest protein, and

also ox bile, but proteins and good fats are the very easiest foods

for the body to digest, except casein in dairy.

I definitely get it after drinking only raw egg with cinnamon, stevia

> and water. Is there anything else this could be?

==>When candida is being killed off you should have gas and bloating

because candida toxins create carbon dioxide, which is what gas is.

==>It is highly unlikely anything else would cause it. Your drink is

very healing and it will cause healing/die-off symptoms.
