bee,

ihad the worst night yet. My stomach is feeling sore but better a

bit.

Yesterday i at toomuch bad stuff and myheart was racing and palp.

all night. Almost went to the ER but ikeep remembering that

previously if i ate something i shouldnt i react kinda like that but

not this severe. I ate rice pudding, baked potato, cookies, ice

cream just trying to fillmyslef and heal my stomach and i did myself

in.

I am concerned because i am losing so much weight and just gave u

yesterday and ate myslef sick. Now what? I am so lost and cant

find my way back. I am tempted to go to the ER but they really

wouodnt understasnd my logic.

please give me some words of confidence to help me find my way back.

I am desperate and praying for the strength and energy to do this

the right way.

How much can eating wrong make me react and for howlong before i get

it back? I havent slept last night because when i fall asleep my

heart pounds and wakes me up. My rate is about 105 which is fast.

==>Hi Sue. Try everything you can to relax and not panic right now;

do deep breathing exercises to slow your body down (see the Breathing

Through Your Nose Folder) - it will slow down your heart rate. And

take a long nice epsom salts bath which will help pull toxins from

your system and also provide magnesium which is very relaxing. After

that make Bee's Raw Egg Drink - you can adjust any ingredients; it

can be made without coconut oil (you said you didn't have any,

right?).

==>Eating like you did will create problems for about 2-3 days. We

do suffer for our indulgences my friend, but don't kick yourself.

That would be counterproductive. If you are resolved to do this, get

back on the program right away, and reward yourself when you are

being a good girl. Do not reward yourself with foods or drinks of

any kind, instead do something special for yourself, or buy something

small that would make you happy, like a new house plant, a new scarf,

or rent a comedy movie, or call up a friend and spend some quality

time together, etc.
