check with the company about other ingredients, sometimes there might

be wheat or even sugar.

Where do you get this sausage from, who makes it? I'd like to see if

it's something I can get, a lot of times organic sausage still has

nitrates.

I'll have to check on the brand next time I go to the store (I threw

the package away). It specifically said it didn't have nitrates, though.

==>Sausage can be a problem, because the label can state that natural

spices or seasonings are added, but in actual fact they are

neurotoxic, like MSG:

TRUTH IN FOOD LABELING #2..These are additives which according to Dr.

Blaylock, FREQUENTLY contain MSG/ASPARTATE:

Malt Extract

Malt Flavoring

Bouillon

Broth

Stock

Flavoring

Natural Flavors/Flavoring

Natural Beef or Chicken Flavoring

Seasoning

Spices

Unfortunately, there is very little " truth in labeling " because the

manufacturers have manipulated the government to loosen up on

labeling regulations, and they've been able to diguise and hide what

is actually be added to our foods. The best solution is never buy

anything processed.

If you bought the sausages, hand-made from a farmer you could verify

what spices were used (exactly), otherwsie you cannot be certain what

they contain. That is why sausages are listed on the Candida Diet No-

Nos list.

The ones I got list the specific spices--the only ingredients listed

are chicken, pork casing, and the specific spices. Is that more

likely to be okay, or do any spices at all listed tend to contain MSG?

==>No, it sounds like your product may be just fine.
