Guest guest
The good thing is that I am able to eat whole eggs, garlic and meat. Today I put 1/4 tsp of coconut oil in my dish and was able to eat that and will see if itching starts. My wart on my hand is drying up,first time in years. Never have had it leave. No yeast infections which is good. For th emost part I am doing quite well with Bees diet and support. It is a little overwhelming at first, but if I take it easyonreading what is happening to me in the moment that seems to work for me. I appreciate people taking th etime to send me notes on what to do and how to go about eating etc. This helps! Yesterday I was able to drink 2 cups of lemon and salt tea, that was good. So far just eating meat and cooked low starch veggies organic. I can eat spinach salad once in awhile. Not sur eont he toehr lettuce yet. Would beans be good to add in occassionally? Staying off milk/cheese products has helped and also a good acidolphus as well. I have no cravings for sugar, but try to keep up my intake of protein so I dont get a lull to eat it,that has helped! 1 green apple daily is ok for me, and I cook it in water with cinnamon. No other fruit at this time. Does anyone know about grinding up what I will eat at one setting of flax meal? Knees and joints are much better, but I have not pushed myself and let the healing begin. Drinking good water (RO) Seems not enough to just say (thank you) to Bee. I think anyone thast is starting out should take it slow and steady and dont feel you have to run the 100 mile dash all at once. That is what I have learned!
