Is this to be made each time you want to take it? Or can one increase the amounts, and make it ahead and store it in the refrigerator? ==>I think it would be okay to make up 2-3 days ahead of time, but after 3 hours cover it and put it in the fridge, otherwise it will dry out. Making more than 3 days at a time " may " cause a problem because I read that it can go bad, especially using lemon juice. But you can also use a good unfiltered unpasteurized vinegar like Eden's or Bragg's which I found out will break down the eggshell better than lemon juice. I'll also experiment this week making up 3 days at a time using vinegar and lemon and let you know how it goes. > You have so many neat ideas for us to try. I am very encouraged. :-) ==>I'm glad you are taking advantage of them Debbie. I'm finding that I can get more calcium taking the eggshell calcium citrate as opposed to pills - yesterday I had two doses at 400 mgs. each. That's the most calcium I've been able to take without getting adverse symptoms. I think it is because it contains other natural nutrients and minerals which makes the calcium more bioavailable. ==>As far as neat ideas, I've only gotten started. lol! Did you check out my " Beauty is More Than Skin Deep " File? I wrote that many years ago, and gave it out to family and friends for Christmas. I also have written a Laundry & Fabric Care article, and Handy Tips, which I haven't posted. If you are interested in them email me at beewilder@... and I'll send them to you.
