Guest guest
Sue B. and Barbara Ann, I am interested in your comments and any references of bear whatever for bile blockages. I have biliary catheters and flush twice a day with 5cc saline and 1cc mucomyst to remove the 'sludge'. It works, I don't have any sludge but I am hoping tp have the catheter removed soon and obviously will then not be able to flush. I also take Actigall which is a black bear bile derivative. I apologize since I'm probably asking you to repeat info. Now that the listserv has to be downloaded I often skip it and drop in less often. Thanks, Patty AIH, post-transplant with bile dict problems
Guest guest
Patty, I'm sorry I don't have any specific info about the Polar Bear treatment. My GP looked into it for my case, but because I have no need for it we didn't delve into it any further. He did say that it is doing wonders for clearing bile ducts. I would enquire more with your own doctor. I am in Australia, I don't know where you are. Barbara Ann may know more.
