Guest guest
lee, Check into stevia. It's many times sweeter that sugar and it's natural and has no side effects. Even diabetics can use it. It has none of the bad effects that sugar or artificial sweetners have. Kip gold61@... wrote: > > Earl: > I don't think I eat much sugar, but what about Aspartame? Guest guest
Dear lee; Aspartame can lead to brain tumors and seriously compromise liver and kidney function. The amount of data on aspartame is mountainous. If you are getting enough protein...nuts, seeds, beans, lentils, spirulina, chlorella, powdered greens, then one generally has no cravings for sweet things. Try making a ginger tea. Get ginger roots and shred them into a pan and pour boiling water over them, let steep awhile. Add some lemon juice , a bit of honey and hey presto, a delicious drink that will support immune function and eliminate many health hassles. Check out www.hacres.com Although this web site is put together by a Baptist minister, it has some powerful nutritional data on it. My research suggests that we're here to reach and expand our potential as dynamic beings. To do that we need good nutrition, with an absence of the " foods " that destroy. When you look up at the night sky and perceive the immensity of it all, you begin to figure that we all have incredible potential as creators...creators of whatever we can imagine. What do imagine is possible for lee?? best wishes, Earl magnesium - Dr. Earl Earl: I don't think I eat much sugar, but what about Aspartame? (I'm sure you hate that stuff, huh?) I have 2 diet international coffees in the AM and 2 diet Pepsi Ones in the PM (both with that aspartame stuff). I'm on this Meridia and my sweet cravings are not too bad otherwise. As for supplementing magnesium, which type do you recommend (chelated, citrate, malate, aspartate?). My book says different types are for different problems. Any suggestion will be appreciated. lee ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Get a NextCard Visa, in 30 seconds! 1. Fill in the brief application 2.
