I have 2 diet international coffees in the AM and 2 diet Pepsi Ones in the PM (both with that aspartame stuff). I'm on this Meridia and my sweet cravings are not too bad otherwise. As for supplementing magnesium, which type do you recommend (chelated, citrate, malate, aspartate?). My book says different types are for different problems.
