Guest guest
> > My husband does not eat any fish because he has allergies to fish. I can not eat shell fish because of allergies. Is the Cod liver fine to take if you have the fish allergies? I saw a bottle of omega three fish oils that had a warning on it that said if you are allergic to fish you might have a reaction to the supplemnt. So that is why I am asking is it alright to take either one of these supplements? ==>Healing reactions are often mistakened as allergic reactions, but I you probably shouldn't take cod liver oil because I do not know enough about " what " in the fish is causing the problem, nor how severe the reaction is. To play it safe take flax oil instead, even though it is not the best form of omega 3 because your body has to convert it. Do ensure you buy it in dark bottles refrigerated at the store, and keep it in the fridge at home. Never heat flax oil. You must use it up before the expiry because it will go rancid.
