Question about candida & detoxification

I have been following a cleansing program for a few weeks now. I was

taking paragone to cleanse for parasites and candida and when the box

was empty, I started on cleanse smart for detoxification of the liver

and

other organs. I was feeling much better and had a couple of weeks of

pain free days.

Now, my RA has flared up again and I know that I still have the yeast in

my body as my vagina has that horrible itch again.

I've been more careful about what I eat....however, yesterday, I had

bagel

with a soy substitute for cream cheese.

Do you think that the one bagel could have put me into a relapse... &

that

I should stop the cleanse smart and go back to the paragone and make

sure that all the yeast is out of my body before moving on to the

detoxification

of the liver, etc. as I seemed to be improving so well on the paragone.

I'm hurting in my ankles, knees, elbows, and wrists. I'm still taking

arava &

methotrexate. Could taking the methotrexate cause me to have this joint

hurting? Any ideas?

This morning, I used the juicer and made carrot juice. That and water

is the

only thing that I have had so far today. I'm wondering, also, if I

should just

use the juicer today or if it would be better to eat some eggs for

protein.

Also, I was reading in that Natural Healing book that too much mercury

in

the body may be the reason that a person develops candiasis and one

needs to get rid of the mercury to get rid of the candiasis.
