Anyways, it looks awesome! The photos look divine and there are all sorts of great recipes in here such as GF donuts, eclairs, English muffins, puff pastry, and more. I'm looking forward to diving in and making some of them, and I'll post here when I do to let you know how they turn out. For now I just wanted to let you know that the book exists so that you can pre-order it if you like.
