Guest guest
, My doctor didn't come right out and explain it to me, but he did say that when my pred was reduced or I'd stopped it completely, he'd probably have to increase the Imuran. But that was before his " mentor " decided that I can't stop pred at all, ever. I'm assuming that if my labs go back up, I'll have the Imuran increased first to 75 mgs. then to 100 mgs. if that doesn't do it. 100 mgs. of Imuran does sound high. Especially considering your age and the risks involved. Bald and fat doesn't sound so bad compared to cancer. , did you notice a difference when your Imuran was increased? I don't know if Imuran alone has any obvious side effects similar to pred. Take care, Geri
