Guest guest
Hi There I always react badly to Luna Bars and I'm not normally that sensitive. I've cut them out altogether. ~M From: Bronwyn Syiek <bronwyn@...>Subject: [ ] Luna Bar Date: Monday, December 29, 2008, 7:10 PM What are your experiences with Luna Bars - not the flavors with Malt/ Barely in them - the few flavors that have rolled oats but no malt/ barley. Celiac.com has a posting from the company that says the rolled oats contain gluten - but it also went on to say that some people could tolerate oats (as we know). Hence, I'm not sure if they are referring to non-gluten free oats or something different. Am asking as I had a small one and it didn't seem to affect me - and usually i'm very sensitive. thanks for your feedback.
Guest guest
Be safe. Go to Lara bars or some other ones absolutely GF. This is from someone whose wife's anemia from Interferon-induced CS has required 8 transfusions (2 pints each) this year. Guest guest
The oats would not be gluten-free certified, so would undoubtedly be contaminated. - > > > > What are your experiences with Luna Bars - not the flavors with Malt/ > Barely in them - the few flavors that have rolled oats but no malt/ > barley. > > > > Celiac.com has a posting from the company that says the rolled oats > contain gluten - but it also went on to say that some people could > tolerate oats (as we know).
