Sur la table cooking classes

Just got back from Sur la table in Palo Alto (at a little mall on El Camino, by Sanford). They have a gluten free baking class scheduled for January 28th. I spoke with Elham Shahmohammadi, the Culinary Coordinator, and she was extremely interested in learning more about Celiac's and GF cooking. If any of you are interested, I'm sure she would be happy to do classes on other areas of GF cooking.
