Just an update- The chef doesn't own the restaurant, although it

should still be a good (if expensive) place to eat gluten-free, and in

October he moved on from the restaurant...

new chef to cook gluten-free, and keep the kitchen safe from

cross-contamination, so that people may still eat safely. It just

won't be the Chef in the kitchen making your food, after October 18th. "
