awesome gf pizza in Seattle

Hi--

I just found yet another great gf option in Seattle. It's called Pizza Works, and it's located on ita Drive in Bothell. It has the best pizza I've eaten since going gluten free plus all kinds of gf treats from

some of the local gf bakeries as well as gf spaghetti with gf meatballs.

The restaurant also serves regular pizza, salad, etc., which the non-gf members of my family devoured. And it offers dairy and vegan options as well.

The owner told me he sought out gf pizza crust a year ago to help with his diabetes, and then put in a gf preparation table and oven. His gf business quickly grew to about 20% of his customers. I just hope more

of our local Bay Area restaurants discover the same great marketing opportunities.
