nutritional deficiencies, was: shampoo

Be aware that not all nutritiionists are created/become equal. The one at Kaiser-SF a few years ago was clueless; all she did was show me a scrapbook of processed foods that were GF. No useful guidance in improving nutrtion at all, and I believe some the information about gluten was incorrect.

very likely be contributing to my symptoms. No, I haven't had my
