Guest guest
Be aware that not all nutritiionists are created/become equal. The one at Kaiser-SF a few years ago was clueless; all she did was show me a scrapbook of processed foods that were GF. No useful guidance in improving nutrtion at all, and I believe some the information about gluten was incorrect. H. No, I haven't had my levels of any of these checked yet (my dr. hasn't been very helpful with guiding me through the healing process). I will ask her for a referral to see a nutritionist.
