Guest guest
I hope Mariposa gets the contract, but if that doesn't work out, is Rustic Crust a Ca company? I don't have the package, but I thought they only distributed around here... I could be wrong though. Here's my review of their crust: http://www.bookofyum.com/blog/gluten-free-prepared-pizza-review-rustic-crust-whe\ at-free-gluten-free-pizza-review-2165.html (It was smaller than 14 in. however) and here's the company site: http://rusticcrust.com/ - > > I received a request from a national CD group looking for the following: > > > > I am working with a restaurant wanting to bring GF pizza to CA. Guest guest
Hi Pam,I am a small gluten free manufacturer in the south bay. I actually make a Par Baked GF pizza crust that is now sold through several stores in the bay area. I will be more than happy to make a 14" crust. The brand name is "iamori". For more details, you may contact me either through this email address or atinfo@..., my phone number is 408-972-8925. Looking forward to hear from you.Irene Kwock----- Original Message ----From: Pam Newbury <pknewbury@...> Sent: Monday, October 6, 2008 12:46:04 PMSubject: [ ] GF pizza crust manufacturers in CA I received a request from a national CD group looking for the following: I am working with a restaurant wanting to bring GF pizza to CA. They have the following requirements: GF Pizza crusts approx 14”, Par baked. Each location would purchase in case lots or larger. Crusts must come from a commercial manufacturer. No home-kitchen businesses accepted. They would like to work with a CA company. I thought of Mariposa Baking Company and Still Riding Pizza. Anyone have other suggestions? It’s great to know that GF pizza in restaurants is getting to be a more popular idea. Now, if only they can solve those pesky contamination problems… Pam Newbury Santa Cruz Celiac Support Group
