My TiVo WishList for keyword " Gluten " was at it again - recorded an

episode of " Emeril Green " from the Discovery Green channel yesterday.

The episode was focused on making New Orleans food gluten-free. The

episode summary is here

which includes the recipes from the show including skillet cornbread

and pecan pie.

I did check my TiVo ToDo list and next week's episode is about baking
