We've eaten in several Pei Wei restaurants on the East Coast. It's about as

authentic as PF Chang's but very tasty and somewhat less expensive. We found all

of the ones we've been in were very gluten-aware and we had no problems with the

food at all. I think they actually use different colored plates for GF orders to

help keep things straight.

I wish there was one in this area!
