They have the following requirements: GF Pizza crusts approx 14”, Par baked. Each location would purchase in case lots or larger. Crusts must come from a commercial manufacturer. No home-kitchen businesses accepted. They would like to work with a CA company. I thought of Mariposa Baking Company and Still Riding Pizza. Anyone have other suggestions? It’s great to know that GF pizza in restaurants is getting to be a more popular idea.
