And Neutrogena sesame seed oil can be purchase over the counter at most drug stores. After your wife showers but before she towels dry, she should spread the oil over her arms, chest, waist and stomache. That might provide her some relief and the oil costs under $15 and lasts about two months. I think it's best to try external relief as oral medicines are not always liver friendly.
