In the freezer dept there were gluten free, and dairy free " chicken nuggets' and " fish sticks. " I love fish sticks and haven't had them in 10 years. There were also some frozen GF seafood appetizers by So Jo. Got the shrimp, but haven't tried it yet. The GF sour dough was to die for. Haven't had it in 10 years!! Yay!!
