I don't think it is too terribly bad to be positive unless you are pregnant. I went from negative to positive during my pregnancy and had to take low dose aspirin. The antibody is linked with a higher incidence of fetal death or deformity due to clots that can form in the placenta. This does not happen in all cases, only a few.
