My son's school is having pancake day tomorrow--the 8th graders make pancakes for all the younger kids. Cute, except if you have celiac. I am sending my son to school with GF pancakes and I'm wondering if I also need to provide syrup. I assume they'll be serving some inexpensive type of fake maple syrup to go with the pancakes. I would rather he never eat it, but also it's nice when he can have what the other kids are having, for once. Thanks for any ideas...
