Irene has a website at iamori.com. She is baking gluten-free items for this bakery. She only bakes after the other bakers are finished, thoroughly cleans before she starts and only uses dedicated pans. Her g-f product list is quite impressive. She has g-f cheesecake poppers, biscotti, pizza crust, focaccia bread, frozen cookie dough and chocolate crinkle cookies. Through special order, you can order galette (crepes), brioche and chocolate soufflé cake. I bought the 6-pack of cheesecake poppers (plain, chocolate and raspberry). So far, I have only tasted the cheesecake poppers, and they were absolutely delicious. I also bought the focaccia bread and chocolate crinkle cookies, but I have not tried them yet.
