Both of us are moderately, not extremely, sensitive and we've eaten a number of

times at Memphis Minnie's. I personally have spoken with the owner about his

sauces, and as he has some degree of wheat reactions, I trust his answer that

they are indeed GF.

Actually, I have 2 bottles of their sauces in my fridge right now - GF by label,

and we don't react to them at all. Also, neither has soy sauce - my son is very

allergic to soy, and if was in the sauce I can guarantee he'd react strongly to

that.

I do know the MM " s counter staff is not always the most up on the ingredients. I

go with the owner has told me about the various dishes. However, when they've

made a mistake - Oops, muffin on the plate! - they've been great about making us

a totally new plate of food.
