Guest guest
I just came across this: http://www.eastbayexpress.com/restaurants/gluten_free_glutton/Content?oid=839946 Gluten-Free Glutton A growing number of East Bay pizzerias add gluten-free crust to their menu. But easy as pie it ain't. By Kathleen s October 1, 2008 ....
Guest guest
I was surprised there was no mention of Mariposa Baking Co, which I believe sells gf crusts to Pizza Rustica (it does not make them itself), and also offers pizza every day for lunch. Guest guest
I am actually really amused, since I've taken Rustica off my " safe " list since they've recently not been very helpful on the GF front. They still have the crusts but the wait staff is not as educated as they used to be and I have gotten sick the last few times I ate there. Bobby G's Pizza was really good, and they were super-helpful with their info, I did not get sick the one time I ate there. Amici's is just amazing. Their knowledge level of CC and their products is great, and they have the best pizza, even though its pricey and far away from my house.
