Tahoe/Tahoma gf resources?

We're heading up to Tahoe next week - near Tahoma on the west side of the lake, though we'll be spending time in Tahoe City and Truckee, too -- and I am wondering if any of you know of any food stores that supply gf foodstuff up there. I'm not too concerned about restaurants - we have our faves and I think they'll all be able to accommodate me; but if you have any dining suggestions I'll take them, too!
