Guest guest
I emailed Bubbies in response to a forum question about possible in-silo cross-contamination of the corn that the white vinegar in their products was derived from. Supposedly even thosewith corn allergies may consume it safely because of the extent of itsrefinement.Regards, R. Guest guest
A silo is what they keep the grain in for storage before its shipped off in trucks and/or ground up. You know when you go out into the country and see those large narrow tall often rounded buildings? If the farmer has more than one kind of crop, he still may use the same silo he used before for the other crop depending on the needs of the season.BeaFrom: R. <jeff.bubbies@ gmail.com> > jjhogle (DOT) com > Sent: Saturday, November 15, 2008 5:06:02 PM > Subject: RE: Comments From Website > > > November 15, 2008 > > Hi ; > > I cannot say whether or not the corn was silo'd with a gluten containing > product at any time, but I can tell you more about the vinegar. > > The vinegar is a certified allergen free vinegar.
