I just heard from a friend on the East Coast that they now are piloting GF pizza out there: http://iamglutenfree.blogspot.com/2008/11/unos-gluten-free-pizza.html I checked their website and indeed they have good GF information: http://www.unos.com/kiosk/nutritionUnos.html Unfortunately the only two remaining Northern California Uno branches are in Antioch and Modesto, which I went ahead and added to the Google map.
