Great news about Fresh Choice

We had dinner tonight at the Fresh Choice in Almaden Plaza (South San

). I did see those little cards in front of some of the food items

with the words " Fat Free, " " Vegetarian " and " Gluten Free. "

The manager, Sherry, passed on to upper management how much celiacs

appreciate the gluten free signs. I was informed that it is in the

works that sometime next year there will be more signs at Fresh Choice

regarding the gluten free status of the food. I was so pleased to be

able to eat the Ratatouille Soup tonight (along with my salad and baked

potato)! I would never have touched the soup without seeing the little

gluten free sign!
