This article popped up in my news section,

which I usually don't pay much attention to. For some reason I started

reading, and then they got to the section where they say " Among her

symptoms were fatigue, anemia and always feeling like she had to go to the

bathroom. " I thought- she probably has celiac. Turns out she does.

Maybe she can give us the name of the chef who is cooking gluten free for her

in Beijing,

in case any of us find ourselves there in the future.
