They just opened a new restaurant (it’s a chain) and they have a GF menu. She sent me a note that said: “my manager is having a talk with us about our gluten free menu and celiac and how important it is to tell the kitchen manager. I told my manager & everyone my sister has it and not to mess around” I thought it was nice to hear that they were getting training on the matter, and I can only hope that any new employees that come on board will receive the same. - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
