Guest guest Posted December 3, 2008 Report Share Posted December 3, 2008 I've heard that in order for french fries to be safe for a person with celiac they need to be fried in a separate fryer, away from battered foods. Can anyone tell me for sure if this is true? My son has celiac but he does not have an immediate reaction to gluten, so we can't tell when he's accidentally eaten any. Thank you!
