Guest guest
I tried take out GF pizza from Eagle Pizzeria in SF tonight. It was quite good and a delight to have pizza from a real pizzeria box! It was approximately $17 for a 13 " cheese and pepperoni pizza. It was plenty for my husband and me to split. The cook and one of the owners (Amy) seem to be quite clear on how they are to keep the crusts and related utensils free of gluten. However, for those on this list who are very sensitive to trace gluten, it may still hold risks for you. I think they make their own wheat pizza crust, so presumably there is wheat floating in the air. For those of us in SF who are not too sensitive to trace gluten, please try to support this local business with a GF offering!
