Hi all,

I just spent a week in Maine at the summer camp and you know, though

the weather was great, I thought I would handle the terrain better than

last year. The roads are all dirt and rocks and of course, there is the

beach but I had some really deep rooted hip pain at the end of each day.

Listen to me complain, what a brat!...Anyway, I just thought I would

have been better equipped to handle it this year then last. Otherwise

it was a fantabolous...vacation LOL. VC (valerie C)

,

I am glad your 4th was fun...we managed to complete our return to the

US without too many difficulties....and even saw the fireworks through

some very exhausted eyes.

It was wonderful to get home to my own environment and I was just

thinking today how well set up I am in my own house to accomodate me.

Still, I also think this last year has brought me to the point where I

don't notice or feel the need to accomodate as much as I did...even

last year. I was wondering the other day if it was because I had to

work a little harder at everything in Denmark...standing at low

counters, getting in and out of a low bed, sitting more than resting

during the day.... generally taxing my back in ways that I don't here.

Hmmmm. Anyway...I will be very interested to see if a year from now

you are not saying that your trip went by without much of a hiccup!

Take Care, Cam

HI Sharon,

THE POOL :) I keep sending them money but I never seem to get there.

Yes, I can bend quite well if only I could hold myself erect. Hunny

says that once Glazer said the tilt could not be fixed, I gave up.

I don't know if that is true but I feel like I am always struggling

with it. I wonder if it will ever pass? VC ( C)

HI Cam,

Glad your home safe and sound and on the 4th too, how befitting.

I am hoping next year I'll be saying, surgery? what surgery?...

Aaahhh. I doubt that but I want to be better yet even 3yrs out.
