I never have really gotten a hang of being 100% gluten free, and all the blood tests are still showing gluten antibodies in my blood. Until I can hire a private chef, or learn to love cooking, I'm thinking I'm going to try as hard as I can but just realize I'll never be 100%. So I've been having loose stools (sorry- TMI) off and on throughout the pregnancy (i'm due in September)...I'm thinking because of all the extra dairy I've been consuming and craving. But besides that, I feel great. I did get the OK to use Lactaid pills and have had some good response to that. But I'm wondering if its effecting the baby. Also what I can eat or not eat to help him/her to not be gluten intolerant. I know its kind of a crap shoot in terms of genetics, that most likely they will get it. anwyasy, thanks for the advice.
