Azalyne,

Can you give more details about how this co-op would operate?

Is this something where each member would bake things and offer some to the

group? How would the products be exchanged, at a group meeting or by mail?

Would this be for households that are strictly gluten-free only? Would this be

an exchange of goods for goods or would money be involved?

By the way, is that yummy-looking loaf of bread GF?

Pam

Greetings~

I

am in the works of creating a food share program with friends and family in the

santa cruz/monterey areas who are gluten intolerant, not necessarily Celiac

Disease. Eventually there will be a private group up and running, but for

the meantime, I thought it would be worthwhile to open this idea up to a larger

group and gauge interest. Through this food share there would be a monthly

offering of various gluten free baked goods, cultured gluten free bread,

cultured foods and other offerings from group members. This is an invite only

type co-op, so if you are interested please drop me a line and let me know

where you are located and what your interest level might be. I am also very

interested in other ideas/visions folks may have about creating something like

this, what would be ideal for your family, what would best support your gluten

free lifestyle? Thanks for your consideration! Be Well & Happy New

Year!!~Azalyne
