Wheat Grass: accidents happen

I became extremely ill after drinking a fruit smoothie. Later, we learned that the blender had been used for a wheatgrass drink. The blender had been rinsed out but not cleaned. I can't be sure that was the cause of my intense illness, but it's a possibiity we should be aware of.

I'm wondering what you could have been glutened by at Cafe Gratitude, since they don't use gluten containing products in anything, except for the beer served and the wheat grass they only put in certain of their juices (and some sources say wheat grass doesn't contain gluten since gluten is found in the seeds, which typically aren't present on the grasses themselves..I'm wondering what you could have been glutened by a

The problem with wheat grass is that occasionally grains of

wheat are accidentally pulled up when the grass is cut. I have had people

tell me they got sick from wheat grass juice this way. I would stay away
