Guest guest
Hi all,I am in need of a doctor who can discuss my symptoms from celiacs and offer me solutions. All my doctors do now is scratch there heads and write me a prescription. I am very frusterated from looking at a list of doctors and picking one. I see your list of doctors and I am hesitant to start going down a list again. I need a primary care physician who is: -A good listener- Specializes in Celiacs Disease -In SF or the East Bay-Goes over and beyond call of duty and takes the time to discuss health problems in detail while offering solutions.-Is easy to understand "does not use doctor speak" -went to a top-tier medical school-accepts UnitedHealthCare insuranceIf anyone can recommend me someone who has the above mentioned I would appreciate it. The past three years of my life have been hell. I want to live like a normal young woman in my 20's. Instead I have been throwing money down a drain or into the pockets of doctors who just make me more sick with all the antibiotics they prescribe me. Cipro won't even work if I get a minor infection anymore. My symptoms with Celiacs disease are getting in the way of my friendships, family, work performance and relationships. I am desperately in need good help. Thanks for your help in advance-leSent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerryFrom: "Pam Newbury" Date: Sat, 7 Feb 2009 11:06:08 -0800< >Subject: [ ] Message content on this list Regarding the previous message sent about a workshop not related to Celiac disease, I would like to remind everyone that posts should be restricted to topics related to celiac disease. We do allow messages that mention local celiac events and businesses, such as gluten-free cooking classes or fund raising events related to CD. If someone is unaware of this restriction and posts an inappropriate message, be assured that the list moderators will take steps to avoid repeat messages of that nature. This is not a list where every message is moderated, so occasionally we must react retroactively. I would ask your patience in these instances, knowing that the moderators will be taking action.
