Celiac article in Dec '08 Parents Magazine

There is a decent article on celiac disease in the December 2008 issue of

Parents magazine. The focus of the article is to provide basic information to

parents about celiac, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. Most of us on this list

already know this information, but it is great to see more and more information

available in the mainstream media. In addition, it could be a good resource to

share with those friends and relatives who " don't get it " - particularly as we

head into the minefield of holiday meals.

There is also a list of allergy-friendly snacks & a GF Play Dough recipe on the
