Guest guest
This message came from the ROCK list and contains an important article for all celiacs. Wellshire Farms (sold at Whole Foods) in particular has proven to be incorrectly labeling some products gluten-free, and even though all of the lab tests of these products were highly positive for gluten, they are refusing to recall them from store shelves. As Celine says below, throw away all your Wellshire Farms chicken nuggets, tenders and corn dogs now! Based on this, I no longer trust this company and will not buy their products, period. I wish we knew which other "gluten-free" companies have been guilty of gluten contamination as well -- the article says there are others. Several links to this article are below. Oh my god, my daughter eats the Wellshire Farms products once a week!
